The Company ventured into CAD (Computer-Aided Design) in 1984. They developed an innovative and now copy written building system, which created the easy customization of its modular product for its builders. In 1986, further growth required the building of a state-of-the-art factory in Greenland, NH for the production of modular homes only. To this day, we continue to keep our systems and equipment up to date to serve our clients as effectively as possible.
