At New England Homes, we contract with Independent Builders who can provide you with a turn-key home. Independent Builders will meet with you and assist in the design of your new home. They will offer various options you will want to consider for your new home. At the same time they will review additional project costs such as excavation, foundation, well, septic system, driveway, landscaping, site completion and carpentry, decks, porches, steps and more.

I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request.

We gather the following types of information from inquiries:

We will periodically contact you to follow-up on your request for information to be sure that we have fulfilled your needs. We may also contact you from time to time to let you know about changes to our website, upgrades to our service, or promotions that we feel are applicable and will be of value to you. If at any time you no longer wish to be contacted by us, simply send us an email and we will immediately remove you from our database.

If your information is going to be distributed to outside parties, this is indicated on the form that you fill out. (Example: On the “Contact Us” form, the clearly defined procedure is that your information will be sent to Independent Builders and they will contact you.)
